Free AI audit for small business
An AI audit for a small business should answer one question: where are customers slipping away before anyone talks to them? This one runs by itself. Type your website, answer three yes-or-no questions, and in about a minute you see five common gaps and a check of your website, with the evidence behind each one.
Built only from what your public website says, plus Google’s public page-speed test. The preview is not live, and not connected to your phone or calendar. We see the website you type, your three answers and, if you leave it, your email; nothing else.
What the audit checks
Missed calls
It reads the opening hours and the phone number on your site and counts the hours a week when nobody answers.
Slow replies
It looks at how your home page offers to reach you: WhatsApp, a chat, or only a form.
Your website
It takes how long a phone waits for your main content, from Google’s data, and checks whether the home page has a clear next step: a call, WhatsApp, booking link or form.
Three questions you answer
Whether your team wastes time looking for files, prices or past answers; copies the same information between tools; and researches leads or writes proposals by hand.
What you get
- A Front Desk Score out of 100.
- Each gap marked “losing customers here” or “looks fine”, with the line from your own site that led to it.
- Next to each gap, what published studies found, each named and dated. They are other organisations’ results, not ours.
- A working preview of an assistant that answers customers from your own pages, for local businesses that customers contact directly.
- A report you can share or save as a PDF.
What the same checks found on 775 local business websites
We ran the audit’s website checks on local businesses in 4 cities (restaurants, trades, shops, professional offices, dentists and estate agents), drawn from Google Maps searches, from 7 to 8 October 2026. No business is named.

What it does not do
- It reads your public website only, the pages any visitor sees. It is not connected to your phone, your WhatsApp, your calendar or your inbox.
- Closed hours come from the hours your site publishes. If the site lists none, that check says so instead of guessing.
- It is not an SEO audit or a security scan: it does not look at keywords, backlinks or vulnerabilities.
- Three of the five gaps come from your own yes-or-no answers, so they are as accurate as the answers.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.
Do I have to leave my email?
No, it is optional. If you leave it, we send you the report and up to three follow-up emails.
How long does it take?
About a minute. The three questions appear while it reads your site.
My business has no website. Can I use it?
Not yet: the audit starts from a website address.
What happens after the audit?
If you did not leave an email, nothing. The report shows how each gap is usually fixed and has a link to talk to us.
