Betterlane is an automation and integration agency founded in 2026 by Thiago Cavalcanti. It is based in Dubai and works with businesses and agencies worldwide, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
We build assistants that answer customers on a website or WhatsApp, book or take requests, and hand anything unusual to a person with a summary, plus the automations, integrations and internal tools around them. For agencies, we fix a stuck n8n workflow or integration and hand it back under the agency’s name.

The founder
Thiago Cavalcanti is Brazilian, from Recife, and works from Dubai. He builds the assistants and automations himself, in n8n and in code.
Before Betterlane he built automations for Blueprint, a college-admissions product: a support inbox where a person approves every drafted reply, 25 scheduled jobs that alert when they fail, and a college database built from public documents.
How we work
