The free first flow and paid work

Services are quoted according to the agreed work. The catalog does not automatically extend the introductory offer. The introductory offer covers one free customer-service flow, built in ten days with a written scope. If it does not do what we agreed, you pay nothing and keep it: it keeps running free for 30 days while we fix it or you decide. Then either you pay monthly, only if it now does what was agreed, or it is switched off and we hand over what is yours: the approved facts, the answers, the booking rules and a setup note any builder can follow. Nothing is invoiced for any of it. Additional work is quoted only if you ask.

Text messages from Betterlane

Betterlane texts owners of local service businesses at the business phone number published on their public listing, to ask whether they would like a free assistant that answers their customers.

• How often: one text. A second text comes only if you reply, and after that only the messages of the conversation you choose to have.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop: you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes with them and shows the new date. Work already agreed keeps the terms written in its scope.
