Research Betterlane publishes

What Betterlane does not do

  • The phone assistant does not book jobs into Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or a calendar today, and does not transfer calls live. Each call reaches the team as a text with the job, the address, how soon and the caller’s number; a caller who asks for a person is told the team will call back. Asked, it says plainly that it is an automated assistant.
  • Its assistants give no medical, legal or financial advice and no diagnosis: those questions go to a person on the business’s team.
  • The phone assistant answers calls to the business’s own number. It is not used for outbound marketing calls.
  • Prices are not published. Work is quoted after a short call.
  • Every example business, conversation and call on the site is fictional.
  • Figures about other companies carry their source and date and are not Betterlane results. Betterlane’s own figures come from its published studies, with their sample and dates.
