  • Visits to this website, counted without your name: the page, the time and the referring site.
  • What you type into the free audit or a preview: the website address you give us and the messages you send to the assistant there.
  • What you give us to be contacted: your name, email address, phone number and the business you work for, when you book a call, write to us or reply to us.
  • For our outreach to businesses: the business name, website, email address and phone number they publish, for example on their Google listing or their own website.
  • The messages we exchange with you by email or text.

To answer you, to build and show you a preview of an assistant for your business, to run the work you asked for, and to contact businesses about our service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by anyone else.

Vercel hosts the website and the assistant; Neon stores the data; the assistant’s replies are written by language models reached through Vercel’s AI Gateway with zero data retention; Twilio carries text messages; Cal.com handles bookings; Google Workspace carries email. Each processes the data only to provide its service to us.

As long as we need it for the purpose above, and no longer. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address or phone number on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, at thiago@betterlaneagency.com. Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD) and similar laws elsewhere, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

When we text a business, its number comes from a public business listing. Reply STOP at any time and you will not get another text from us; reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
