Betterlane vs Daysi: an alternative for UK estate and letting agents

Updated Oct 6, 2026

Daysi is a self-serve chatbot for websites, sold to many industries, estate agents among them: it reads your site and uploaded files, answers visitors, captures the lead and books into Google Calendar. You can switch it on yourself in minutes, and its prices are published.

Betterlane builds an assistant for estate and letting agents on the agency’s own WhatsApp number as well as the website, with set answers on rent bidding and on treating every renter alike, and a negotiator confirming every viewing. Daysi’s pages mention no WhatsApp and name no estate CRM.

Test it before you pay

The first flow is built free in ten days, against a scope and tests we agree with you before we start. If it does not pass them, you pay nothing and keep it.

When each one is the better choice

  • Daysi when you want self-serve website chat with lead capture and Google Calendar booking, published prices, and to start today; its top plan also offers guided onboarding.
  • Betterlane when many enquiries arrive on WhatsApp as well as the website, and you want the assistant built and kept up for you, with set answers on rent bidding and on treating every renter alike, with a negotiator confirming every viewing.

What Daysi and Meta state

From Daysi’s own pricing page, read 6 October 2026 (VAT not stated), and Meta’s rate card for comparison, since Daysi itself works on the website only. Betterlane publishes no price: the first flow is built free, and running it afterwards is agreed before we start.

What we measured ourselves (not client work)

Our own desk count, without contacting anyone: the websites of 30 independent estate and letting agencies, five in each of London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Glasgow, read on 5 October 2026. No agency is named.

  • 22 of the 30 showed nothing that answers out of hours: a form, an email address or a phone number. 6 already showed a property chat service on their website. This records what the websites show, not how fast anyone answers: we did not test response times.

Questions

Does Daysi work on WhatsApp?

Not on the pages we read on 6 October 2026: it is a chat window on your website. Betterlane’s assistant works on the agency’s own WhatsApp number and on the website.

Which is quicker to start?

Daysi: it says you can be live in 5 minutes. Betterlane builds the first flow in ten days.

Does Daysi connect to Reapit or Alto?

Its pages name Google Calendar, Outlook and Cal.com for booking and no estate CRM. Betterlane’s assistant sends each enquiry by email to the branch and the negotiator, and into the CRM where the CRM accepts it.
