What AI agencies charge in 2026: the United States, Brazil and the UAE
Most AI agencies do not print a price on their website. Of the 24 AI agencies that AI answer engines and web search named for Miami, 15 do not publish one (62.5%); of the 25 readable agencies named for Dubai and the UAE, 17 do not (68%). They offer a free call, an audit or a scoped quote instead.
Among US sellers that do print one, a done-for-you AI service starts at a median of $298 a month (29 agencies and productized sellers; middle half $200–500). A done-for-you AI phone receptionist lists at a median of $297 a month (12 sellers; middle half $273–334). Self-serve tools, which the business sets up itself, start at a median of $49 a month (13 tools), about a sixth as much.
In Brazil, a done-for-you WhatsApp AI assistant starts at a median of R$547 a month, about US$101 (19 sellers with a monthly price, 18 of them WhatsApp assistants; middle half R$417–895). In the UAE, agencies print project floors, not monthly plans: the 7 with a firm entry project or audit price start at a median of AED 10,000, about US$2,723 (range AED 2,200–50,000). All are sellers’ own advertised list prices, read 8–31 October 2026; nobody was asked for a quote.

Three kinds of seller, kept apart

How many agencies publish a price
Only the two defined lists measure this: the AI agencies that AI answer engines and web search named for Miami and for Dubai on 7 and 12 October 2026, each re-read on 31 October.
| List | Agencies named | Readable on 31 Oct | Publish a price | Do not | Share that does not |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Miami and South Florida | 24 | 24 | 9 | 15 | 62.5% |
| Dubai and the UAE | 26 | 25 | 8 | 17 | 68% |
Exchange rates
- US$1 = R$5.4325: the European Central Bank reference rate for 30 October 2026, through api.frankfurter.dev, cross-checked with AwesomeAPI’s USD-BRL bid of 5.4397 at 19:00 Brasília time the same day.
- US$1 = AED 3.6725: the Central Bank of the UAE’s fixed peg.
- Every amount is converted to the country’s currency and to US dollars before any statistic is computed. Brazilian and UAE sellers that price in dollars are converted to local currency first.
How we read the prices
- What counts as a price: only a price the seller prints on its own public page, a plan, a package, or a "from" price for its own work. A "from" price counts at its printed floor. The entry price is the cheapest plan that includes the AI assistant or AI service. Monthly figures use monthly billing where the page shows it. Prices charged only per minute, call, conversation or day are kept in the CSV but left out of the monthly medians.
- What does not count: "typical cost" guides and calculators, including those on a seller’s own blog when they describe the market rather than the seller’s own price (3 in the US, 9 in the UAE); generic FAQ answers about "the cost in Dubai", which are counted as not publishing a price; and prices seen only on YouTube, in a search snippet that was not on the page, or on a third-party page.
- Weak prices: 9 prices are the seller’s own but loose (a range inside an FAQ answer, "indicative ranges", a missing currency, a marketplace listing, a monthly price only in hidden page data, an assistant that is not customer-facing). They count as "publishes a price", but are left out of every median, quartile, minimum, maximum and example. Each one has its reason in the CSV’s weak column.
- Three kinds, never mixed. Agency, done for you: a builder that scopes custom work (projects, audits, retainers). Productized, done for you: fixed published plans, where the seller sets the assistant up and runs it. Self-serve tool: software the business configures and runs itself, even when the vendor helps with onboarding. "Done for you, both kinds" is agency plus productized; self-serve tools are always reported apart.
- Where the sellers came from. Two defined lists, used for the share that does not publish a price: the 24 AI agencies with a Miami or South Florida page named by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and web search on 7 and 12 October, and the 26 agencies stating a Dubai or UAE presence; every one re-read on 31 October. US: sellers already noted in our 26, 29 and 31 October studies, re-read on 31 October, and sellers found on 31 October by searches such as "AI receptionist done for you pricing per month". UAE: the Dubai list, six clinic rivals read on 7 October and re-read on 31 October, and sellers found by AED price searches on 31 October. Brazil: re-used, not re-read, each row keeping its own read date (8, 11, 23 and 31 October); where a seller was read on several dates, the latest read wins.
- Statistics: medians, and quartiles by the inclusive method of Python’s statistics module, so the middle half runs from the 25th to the 75th percentile. The base is printed next to every figure. One US seller has two offers (a self-serve plan and a plan it builds and runs), so the US has 84 offers from 83 sellers.
What these numbers do not say
- These are advertised list prices, not signed contracts. Sellers discount, bundle, add usage, and quote differently on a call. Nobody here was asked for a quote.
- This is not a random sample. Sellers come from AI answer engine and web search results, and searches that look for price pages find sellers who publish prices. That is why the productized groups show few "not published": 2 of 27 in the US, 2 of 19 in Brazil, 1 of 7 in the UAE. Only the two defined lists measure how common publishing is.
- Most agencies do not publish a price, so agency medians rest on the few that do. They are probably the cheaper or more standardised end of the market.
- Small bases: UAE done-for-you monthly prices, 4 sellers; UAE setup amounts, 1; US agency monthly prices, 6; Brazil agency prices, 4. Treat these as examples, not market rates.
- Brazil rows are 8–31 October reads, not re-read on 31 October, and lean to clinics, gyms, used-car dealers and real estate, because those are the sellers that print prices. Some Brazil prices are annual-plan equivalents or per user (marked in unit_notes).
- Taxes are not normalised. UAE VAT and Brazilian taxes are as printed or "not stated". Meta’s WhatsApp message fees and AI model usage are usually extra and are not included.
- Pages that could not be read on 31 October are left out of the counts: 1 in the US and 5 in the UAE (a missing page, no DNS, a server error, prices drawn by script). One seller that is not a UAE seller is left out of the UAE entirely.
- Some sellers in the lists are not based where they sell: two on the Miami list are in Seattle and Calgary, and two UAE sellers are in India.

The data
One row per offer, 227 in all: seller, page address, country, kind, what is sold, setup, monthly, one-off, currency, the price text as read and the date it was read, with the weak, guide and exclusion flags. Brazil rows keep the wording as recorded in their source study; the text_source column says whether it is a verbatim quote. On rows for agencies and done-for-you sellers, the name, page address and price text are left blank: Betterlane does not list or point to other agencies. Software tools keep their name and address.
