Hear your roofing company answer the phone.
After a storm, every homeowner on the street calls at once, and you're on someone else's roof. Type your website, and in about a minute you can call a phone assistant built from it: it answers as your company and takes each job in order.
Built for home-service businesses: plumbing, heating and air, electrical, roofing and the like. It only knows what your website says, and it isn't connected to your phone.
The roofing calls that go to voicemail
The leak after a storm
Water is coming through the ceiling. The homeowner wants someone on the list today, and calls until a company answers.
The inspection for a sale
A realtor or a buyer needs a roof looked at before closing. They have a deadline and little patience for voicemail.
The replacement quote
The biggest job you do, and the owner is comparing companies. Being the one who answered is a start.
How it works
We read your website
Your services, the towns you cover, your hours and the work you don't do. Nothing is guessed: what your site doesn't say, it doesn't say either.
You call it, like a customer would
It answers with your business name, asks what the job is and where, takes a name and a number, and never gives a price or promises a time.
If you like it, we set it up for real
On the calls you miss, with your own questions and hours. You try it on real calls first, and only pay if it does what we agree.

What it handles, and what it hands to you
It handles
- Answers with your business name, any time the call reaches it
- Says which services you do and which you don't, from your website
- Checks the town against the towns you cover
- Asks what the job is, where, and when they hope to start
- Takes a name and a callback number, and reads them back
It hands to your team
- A danger, like a gas smell, sparks or water near wiring: safety words first, then a message to your team
- Anyone asking for a price, a date or an arrival time: it never gives one
- Complaints, bills and payments
- Callers who ask for the owner or a person
- Large commercial or town jobs

Questions
What if the caller is outside our area?
It checks the town against the towns your website lists. For a town outside them, it says the team will confirm whether they can travel there, and still takes the details.
Will it promise when the crew can come?
Never. It can't see your schedule, so it never gives a date or an arrival time. Your team calls back with that.
Can it answer questions about insurance or financing?
Only what your website says. Anything else goes to your team in the summary.
Is it connected to my phone?
No. It's a first version you call from your browser. Nothing reaches your customers, and nothing gets booked.
What does it cost?
Building and trying it costs nothing. If you want it on your real calls, we tell you the price on a short call, after you've heard it.
