Hear your heating and air company answer the phone.
On the first hot week of the year, the phone doesn't stop. Type your website, and in about a minute you can call a phone assistant built from it: it answers as your company, takes the job and the address, and passes it to your team.
Built for home-service businesses: plumbing, heating and air, electrical, roofing and the like. It only knows what your website says, and it isn't connected to your phone.
The heating and air calls that go to voicemail
No cooling in July
The house is getting hotter by the hour. The homeowner calls down the list until someone answers.
No heat on the first cold night
They call the evening the furnace won't start. Waiting for a callback the next morning feels long when the house is cold.
The maintenance call in a busy week
A tune-up or a new system quote. Easy work to win, and easy to lose when every line is busy with breakdowns.
How it works
We read your website
Your services, the towns you cover, your hours and the work you don't do. Nothing is guessed: what your site doesn't say, it doesn't say either.
You call it, like a customer would
It answers with your business name, asks what the job is and where, takes a name and a number, and never gives a price or promises a time.
If you like it, we set it up for real
On the calls you miss, with your own questions and hours. You try it on real calls first, and only pay if it does what we agree.

What it handles, and what it hands to you
It handles
- Answers with your business name, any time the call reaches it
- Says which services you do and which you don't, from your website
- Checks the town against the towns you cover
- Asks what the job is, where, and when they hope to start
- Takes a name and a callback number, and reads them back
It hands to your team
- A danger, like a gas smell, sparks or water near wiring: safety words first, then a message to your team
- Anyone asking for a price, a date or an arrival time: it never gives one
- Complaints, bills and payments
- Callers who ask for the owner or a person
- Large commercial or town jobs

Questions
What happens with a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm?
Safety first: it tells the caller to make sure everyone is safe and to call 911 if anyone is in danger. For a gas smell it adds to leave and call the gas company's emergency line; for a CO alarm, to get everyone outside. Then it offers to pass a message to your team.
Does it book the visit?
Not in this demo. It takes the job, the address, the timing and the number, and your team calls back. When we set it up for real, it can follow your own booking rules.
Can it answer questions about my maintenance plan?
Only what your website says. When we set it up for real, we add your own answers, like what the plan covers and how to sign up.
Is it connected to my phone?
No. It's a first version you call from your browser. Nothing reaches your customers, and nothing gets booked.
What does it cost?
Building and trying it costs nothing. If you want it on your real calls, we tell you the price on a short call, after you've heard it.
