Hear your electrical company answer the phone.

You don't answer the phone on a ladder with a live panel open. Type your website, and in about a minute you can call a phone assistant built from it: it answers as your company, takes the job and the address, and handles a dangerous call the safe way.

Built for home-service businesses: plumbing, heating and air, electrical, roofing and the like. It only knows what your website says, and it isn't connected to your phone.

The electrical calls that go to voicemail

  1. The breaker that keeps tripping

Half the house is dark. They want someone today, and they call whoever picks up.

  2. The panel upgrade or the EV charger

Bigger work, planned ahead. The homeowner calls three companies and talks to the ones who answer.

  3. The call while you're on the roof

A builder needs a quote by Friday. Your phone is in the truck.

How it works

  1. We read your website

Your services, the towns you cover, your hours and the work you don't do. Nothing is guessed: what your site doesn't say, it doesn't say either.

  2. You call it, like a customer would

It answers with your business name, asks what the job is and where, takes a name and a number, and never gives a price or promises a time.

  3. If you like it, we set it up for real

On the calls you miss, with your own questions and hours. You try it on real calls first, and only pay if it does what we agree.

What it handles, and what it hands to you

It handles

  • Answers with your business name, any time the call reaches it
  • Says which services you do and which you don't, from your website
  • Checks the town against the towns you cover
  • Asks what the job is, where, and when they hope to start
  • Takes a name and a callback number, and reads them back

It hands to your team

  • A danger, like a gas smell, sparks or water near wiring: safety words first, then a message to your team
  • Anyone asking for a price, a date or an arrival time: it never gives one
  • Complaints, bills and payments
  • Callers who ask for the owner or a person
  • Large commercial or town jobs

Questions

What does it say when a caller reports sparks or a downed line?

The safety words, once: make sure everyone is safe, call 911 if anyone is in danger, stay away and don't touch anything. Then it offers to pass a message to your team. It gives no other instructions.

Will it tell a caller what a panel upgrade costs?

No. It never gives a price or an estimate. It takes the job and your team calls back with the numbers.

Can it take calls from builders and property managers too?

Yes. It asks whether the caller is a homeowner, a builder or a business, and puts that in the summary. Large commercial projects go to your team.

Is it connected to my phone?

No. It's a first version you call from your browser. Nothing reaches your customers, and nothing gets booked.

What does it cost?

Building and trying it costs nothing. If you want it on your real calls, we tell you the price on a short call, after you've heard it.
