AI automation agency in Miami
Betterlane is an AI automation agency that works with service businesses in Miami remotely, from Dubai. We build AI chatbots for the website, assistants on the business’s own WhatsApp number, AI voice agents that answer calls, and n8n workflows that move enquiries, bookings and documents between the tools the team already uses.
Every assistant answers only from information the business approved and hands anything unusual to a person with a summary. We work in English and Spanish, as well as Portuguese. We have no office in Miami; calls are online.
The first flow is built free in ten days, with a written scope. If it does not do what we agreed, the business pays nothing and keeps it.
What we build
- AI chatbots for websites
- A chat on the business's site that answers from its own pages and approved answers, books or records the enquiry, and passes anything else to a person with a summary.
- WhatsApp assistants
- On the business's own WhatsApp number, through Meta's official Cloud API: it answers, offers times, sends reminders and hands over to the team with a summary.
- AI voice agents (AI receptionist)
- Answers inbound calls, takes the reason for the call and the caller’s details, books where the calendar allows and passes anything unusual to staff.
- Workflow automation with n8n
- Enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and email land in one place, reach the right person and get their follow-up, across the CRM, calendar and inbox the team already uses.
- Document processing
- Forms, invoices and PDFs read into structured data, with a person checking before anything is filed or sent.
How it works
A 15-minute call
We look at where enquiries and repetitive work arrive today and pick one flow to start with: usually the questions that repeat all day, or what arrives after hours.
A written scope
One page says what the flow answers or does, what it hands to a person and how it will be tested, before anything is built.
Built in ten days, on your accounts
The WhatsApp number, the Meta account, the workflows and the data stay the business's. The team tests it with real questions before it goes live.
Live, with a person behind it
Anything outside the approved answers goes to staff with a summary. We check how it answers, fix what breaks and update it when the information changes.
Then decide
The first flow is free. If it does not do what was scoped, the business pays nothing and keeps it. Running it after that, and any further work, is agreed before we start.
What we measured
Our own checks in Miami: the websites of 149 brokerages on our list, September 17, 2026, and the enquiry forms of ten dental and aesthetic practices, September 26, 2026. Small samples; no business is named.
- 12 of 149 brokerage websites had a chat
- Most send a buyer with a question about a listing to a form or a phone number. An assistant can answer while the buyer is still on the page.
- 7 of 149 offered online booking of a viewing or a call
- Booking usually means waiting for a call back. An assistant can offer the time in the same conversation where the question was asked.
- Five of ten practice forms required a phone number
- Two of those five accepted only a US-format number, and one also asked for a date of birth. An assistant can answer the question first and ask for details only at booking.
What it costs to run
Two things cost money to run, whoever builds it: the model that writes the replies, billed by its provider per token (a small piece of a word), and, on WhatsApp, Meta’s fee per delivered message. The WhatsApp prices below are for customers with a US number; messages customers send are free.
| Item | List price | Source |

When you don’t need an agency
- If a tool you already pay for does the job, use it. Many booking systems send their own reminders, and WhatsApp Business has built-in replies; we say so on the first call.
- If someone on your team has the time and likes building, a chatbot tool or n8n on your own is often cheaper. The comparison pages below show when that is the better choice.
- If your answers, prices and rules change every week and nobody owns them, sort that out first. An assistant repeats what it is given.
- If customers rarely write or call, a person answering is enough, and nothing needs automating.
Questions
How much does an AI automation agency cost in Miami?
It depends on the flow. We do not publish prices: each job is quoted for the agreed work after a short call. The first flow is built free in ten days. Running costs, such as Meta’s per-message fees and the language model, are in the table above with their sources.
Are you in Miami?
No. Betterlane is based in Dubai and works with Miami businesses remotely, in English and Spanish. Calls are online, and everything is built on the business’s own accounts.
How long does it take?
The first flow takes ten days from the written scope. Larger work is planned in steps, each with its own scope.
Which tools do you build with?
Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, n8n for workflows, the business's own calendar, CRM and inbox, and a language model from a major provider for the replies. Tools are chosen per job, and the accounts stay the business's.
Who owns what you build?
The business. The WhatsApp number, the Meta account, the workflows and the conversations sit in the business's own accounts, and it keeps them if it stops working with us.
Does the assistant answer everything on its own?
No. It answers only from information the business approved. Anything else, and anything sensitive such as health questions or complaints, goes to a person with a summary.
